How to participate:
Contestants have to earn a cumulative point of 100 Petron Miles points in a single receipt or multiple receipts via cash or credit card purchases, on Blaze 95, Blaze 97, Synergy 5000 or Synergy F1 only at any participating Petron, Esso, or Mobil service stations. All purchases must be swiped to a validly registered Petron Miles Privilege Card in order for Contestants to be entitled for lucky draw entries. No contest forms or transaction receipts are required.
