How to participate:

1. Purchase FARMHOUSE® Omega during the Contest Period and retain the original receipt as the Proof of Purchase. One product entitles Participants to one (1) contest entry.
   For example, there are 5 products shown on the same receipt, Participants are entitled to 5 contest entries.
    
2. Complete the required details and correct answer to the question in the entry form and submit with the required proof of purchase to qualify. Each qualified entry will receive one (1) contest serial number.
    
3. Submit either via:
1. Contest box drop during FARMHOUSE® Omega sampling roadshow (visit www.fndairies.com for schedule) and get double contest entries.
   For example, Participant submits 5 contest entries via contest box drop, he/she will receive 10 contest entries.
    
2. Post via ordinary mail to FARMHOUSE® Omega Young at Heart Contest, P.O. Box 3031, 47509 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan by 6th July 2015 and get single contest entry.
   For example, Participant submits 5 contest entries via ordinary mail, he/she will receive 5 contest entries. One (1) entry form with multiple proof of purchase in one (1) envelope is allowed.
