How to participate:

1. Complete a survey at any Shell Station
2. Submit the survey form together with original Shell receipt (any purchase and amount) into the servey box.
3. Survey forms are available at all participating Shell Station. Photocopied survey forms are not acceptable for the purpose of this survey.
