How to participate:

1. Every RM30 purchase will be entitled to one entry.
    
2. Application form will be given with minimum purchase of RM30 at any FIFFY boutique or FIFFY web store (www.fiffybaby.com). Photocopy of application form (front & back) is acceptable.
    
3. For online purchase, postage fee is not counted as purchases.
    
4. Kindly enclosed the application form with 1 piece of 4R or 5R baby’s photos and original purchase receipt/tax invoice.
    
5. Submit your application form, baby’s photo and receipt to:
   • Any FIFFY boutique
   • Email to: calendar.babycontest@fiffybaby.com
      (Format: The photo must be in JPEG format, with minimum 1,500 pixel x 2,100 pixel in size. File size should not more than 2MB)

Photo Submisssion Requirements:

1. The contest is opened to baby aged between 0 - 36 months.
    
2. Only accept recent photo (within 3 months).
    
3. Participants are entitled to FREE photo shooting at Dream Studio. Every single receipt with a minimum purchase of RM30 entitles to get a maximum FREE 4R x 10 pcs photo at Dream Studio. Participants are NOT ALLOWED to take away any photos taken by Dream Studio.
    
4. Photo shooting session at Dream Studio is subjected to advance booking and studio availability.
